There is a reason there was no line during the lunch rush. Salad was mediocre at best. Asked for red onion for the Cobb salad... and didn?t realize til the register that it would cost extra. Really, red onion is that expensive?? Chicken was very dry. Reallyinconsistent green sizes, making it difficult to eat. Walk somewhere else. Read more

I enjoy their healthy food and the green ginger drink. Food is pricey though. I do like coming here but it turns me off when one... of the lady there, she looks like the manager since she's always running around helping out and closing the store. I've neverseen her smile before and she's always rushing me or seem like she's having a bad day all the time. She'll help but she'll keepit short and quick, her tone of voice is never pleasant either. I was getting assisted from one of the ladies and she screamsacross the room to chime in(4x) just to get the process going faster, which was very rude. Read more

Tried going there yesterday, and at 1:55PM they had locked the doors (hours are until 2:00PM). Ok, I can understand that. I went... there today, and my food (broth bowl) was cold, like the ingredients just came out of the refrigerator. I usually am ok with"warm" food...I can handle that, but it was just straight cold and bland. The cashier with glasses was kind. I did not get anygreat customer service from the other staff, not even a smile, felt as though I was being rushed to choose my menu item. Read more

We have been here a few times when visiting my daughter at college. The food is good but the last visit, I felt the food was not... as good as it was the times before. The salads are a nice portion, though, and there is a variety and good portion size. Read more

I have really enjoyed this place in the past. But the past couple of times I've been there, the portions have been way smaller... than they used to be. When the bowl is only half way full, it's hard to pay $10.00. On top of that, this time around it wascold, like the rice and chicken in the Baja bowl were barely warm at best. Read more

I went here for the first time today. They were in such a hurry to get me out the door, the failed to provide good customer... service. My salad was not tossed resulting in all the dressing in one place, an entire hard boiled egg, and 1/2 of an avocado. This would be fine if the salad was served on a plate with room to cut these items but it was stuff (literally) into a tinycontainer and I was sent on my way. I would rather wait a couple more minutes in line and have them prepare the salad as it isintended. Slow down, say hi to the customer, answer any questions they have. Read more

Good concept with decent ingredients but little to no value proposition. Menu is unoriginal at best, easily outdone by... competitor places. I ordered a "Cobb Avocado Salad" with should have been described as "heaping mound of romaine lettuce with asmall side portion of Cobb salad fixings". Most egregious was the shamefully small portion of chicken relative to everythingelse. All the food was fine, but nothing special. Proportions were ridiculous. Paying top salad dollar for a bunch of romainewas very disappointing. Read more

I've been to this place 4 times now and I never had a good experience. The food is good but I never felt welcome there. The... staff seem upset and rushing to give you your food so you can leave. I asked the server for dressing recommendation, he justpointed to a sign that has a list of the dressings, without saying a word. The portions tend to be small too, so expect toremain hungry even after you spend $10+ for your meal. If the staff smile every now and then, that'll make a big difference. Read more
