I grabbed a late dinner from freshy today and my service and food and shake were wonderful! When I told the absolutely wonderful... black woman behind the counter that I've never been in there before, she went straight away and to explaining the menu and howitems can be customized and it helped me make a decision quickly! I also bought some extra grab and go drinks, because she is sowonderful! I will say the food is a bit on the pricey side, but if that woman is making a living wage, I'll gladly pay it when Ican afford it! I will also refer other people to this location, as well! Read more
I eat at the UMN Freshii nearly every day of the week. I'm OBSESSED. Today I ordered Gaviidae Commons Freshii for grub hub... delivery and they sent nearly no sauce. After having tried nearly everything on the menu, and having no issues ever, I was SUPERdisappointed with my order today. Not only that, but you pay extra fees because of Grub Hub, so who wants a bowl of saucelessnoodles, chicken, and veggies lol? If they just put it in the bowl like they typically would, I think they would realize thattheir portion sizes for sauces are WAY off. Read more
Second salad ordered "Buffalo with chicken" good buffalo sauce but hardly any chicken...would have preferred almost double the... amount. Tortilla strips would have been good too. Probably won't order this one again. Read more
Overall flavor was good. However, I ordered with chicken for an additional almost $3 and I got less than 1/3 of a slice of... bread amount of chicken. Ridiculous. Chicken is cheap. +2 stars if they would have delivered a more reasonable amount ofchicken. Read more
As I stood waiting for my lunch I watched them make salads and I can't tell you how distressing I find it that they use an... individual, disposable PLASTIC BAG to mix and dress every salad. And this place is BUSY. I just cannot get on board with that,there has to be a better way. I will not be returning until they find that better way. I got the Buddha Satay w/chicken (anoodle bowl) and the spicy lemongrass soup. The noodle bowl is really good, a little dry. Sauce is flavorful but needs a littleloosening up. The soup is spicy but doesn't taste like anything underneath the spice. Read more
Got a vegan salad, made my own. The cashier was very nice and the food came quickly even during the lunch rush. My only... complaint was that the avocado was old and very brown. I would not get avo on my food from here again. Read more
Ordered a create your own salad on- line and food was ready at the desired time. However, did not realize until back at the... office that the chicken I paid an extra $1.99 for, was not on my salad. Won't use on-line again which is too bad as it was easyand convenient. Read more
