Update: they brought the old crew back! Everything is right in the world again and my fries are perfect Loved this place... forever while downtown. Beat burger joint in all of downtown easy. Recently they changed over all their staff and it's not thesame. Service is worse and quality of burgers and fries has fallen further than I though possible. Maybe after more trainingthis will pick back up but I miss the old crew. Read more
The building doesn't allow the public to access bathrooms due to problems w the population downtown. This is only for folks who... have their office nearby. Read more
Enough seating areas But they closed the door that connects to outside street If you are visiting, you have to enter the mall... first then find Five Guys Also no public restrooms here.. They sell bottled drinks.. Read more
It's typical to go to the Nicollet Mall, Minneapolis and go eat a very good hamburger at Five Guys.The staff has been always... friendly but I miss the latino workers for some reason they are no longer working there ????. I only wish the classic peanutswere still here, but due to the pandemic, they're gone. Read more
Solid fast casual burger spot. Love the fact that the fries are cut and cooked on the spot. Also really enjoy the customization... aspect of it like adding cajun to the fries or choosing from a huge list of free burger toppings. They also have very goodshakes, like the oreo shake pictured here. Read more
Open 7am to 7pm 7 days a week. Got a little cheeseburger with small fries for lunch. The burger and fries were cooked just... right. The fries were hot and crispy outside but fluffy inside. It is on Nicolette Ave so you can not park in front and run inbut it was easy to find on foot. Fast friendly staff. Read more
OK, I have to preface this review...everywhere I go, travel, live, I check out burger joints, until today never made it to a... Five Guys. These are, for fast food standards, very good, juicy, delicious burger, the service is typical for fast food, so overall, based on just experience, it was positive. But $15 for a burger, fries and soda in a fast food environment? Holy crap! Iwon't be back unless it's company expensed...how the lines are as long as they are over lunch hour in downtown MPLS I don'tknow. Read more
This location should be 3 guys, at best. I asked for water with my meal. The clerk confirmed "cup", then tried to charge me for... a pop. Didn't explain or confirm. Claimed they couldn't give out water cups (like every other location does). After my orderwas completed, I looked around and asked where the peanuts were. Don't have them, even though other locations have added themback. The napkins were also sequestered away. Surprisingly, the ketchup was still accessible. Also, there's no bathrooms. Read more
