We live in the neighborhood and finally made it over to El Jefe last night. Food was great, but the service won us over. We have... 3 young kids, and our server was on it. She was ready for us to order the moment we sat down, and the food all came quickly. Weappreciate the opportunity to eat out at places with good food AND staff who recognize how difficult it can be to keep babiesand toddlers entertained for long periods of time. There were many couples around us enjoying their food and drinks without lotsof interruptions, so it was clearly not just a tactic to turn tables quickly. We look forward to coming back! Read more
So, this is my second time visiting El Jefe. The first time was SOOOO Bomb! This experience had to been the WORST! The chips... were Uber Salty, the guacamole salsa from the trio dip was Uber Sour! I have found my new favorite ???? I had heard glowing reviews about El Jefe and I was not misled! We had chips, salsa and queso... as a starter. Our server was great and was very personable.
