Oh my...what an experience. I went in with my wife to get a coffee and of course the first thing I need to do is put in the... tip. This is before I get any service whatsoever. So I put in t 10% tip on a $18 order and when the slip comes out it shows thetip at over $3. When I tell the women that their machine is not working and that the tip was incorrect, she asked me to stop"yelling" at her and please leave the store. I laughed and told her again what happened and she called over another person whotold me to leave the store. My wife explained what I was trying to say and they gave us our drinks and asked us to leave thestore. The mocha was the worst I've ever had. The worst coffee and the rudest staff I have ever experienced. WOW...what arecipe for success. I will never step in a Dunn Brothers again. Read more
Dunn Brothers has been my go-to spot the past few weeks. Their coffee is consistently tasty and I haven?t ever had a long wait.... There is plenty of seating inside and outside. The Hennepin/34th st location is easy to bike to. Read more
Incredibly rude barista, extremely condescending. Treated me as though I was stupid.
Stopped into Dunn Brothers on 34th and Hennepin last Tuesday , 7/19/22. My home is for sale and I had a showing that day, so I... needed somewhere to work (as I work from home). When I got there, I pulled up on Hennepin and noted the green bike markings onthe street just near the corner of 34th/Hennepin. There were no bike logos or green lines or No Parking signs on the rest of thestreet. I wasn't sure if I could park there, so I went in and asked a crew member. She asked where I'd parked and we clarifiedwhere I was and on what side of the street. Then she said, yes I could park there. e said she'd parked there before. I workedfor a while and then got a call from my realtor that she needed to stop by. At that time, I stepped outside and saw that my carwas gone. It had been towed. Apparently 1 side of the street is 100% bike lane. So...that's $138 for towing and another $37 forthe citation. I was and am still livid over this. When I discoverd my car was gone and went back in, the staffer who gave me badinformation just sort of backed away and started wiping down tables, said nothing. Another staff person tried to tell me thatthe other staffer did not say (what she did). She tried to convince me that I must have told her the wrong information.Ridiculous. I had no reason to lie. If you don't know, just say you don't know. If you work there and can't be bothered to use atiny bit of common sense, I give up. At any rate, no one apologized. Nothing. I sent an email via Dunn Bros website the next dayand no one has bothered to respond. So thanks. Glad I bought that pricey Chai Thai and tipped to boot! So, I'm out $175. I wouldhave simply wanted some acknowledgement of the screw up and apology. Won't be wasting time or money at Dunn Bros again. Read more
I really didn't care for this coffee shop. The barista was nice. They only had one bathroom and the wait was extremely long. I... didn't care for my mocha. I threw most of it away and found a different coffee shop. Read more

Remains my favorite coffee as there is something in their roasting process that produces a hearty flavored coffee. Very solid... covid-19 protocol including enter through the front door and exit at the rear. Staff is as consistently friendly as theirroasting skills. Read more
Solid coffee and breakfasts sandwiches. Also have lunch options and food is made fresh. Super quick service so you don't really... have to worry about being late to work if you want to stop for some coffee and breakfast before work. They have some coolseating and art work inside. Great place to meet up with a friend or to just work on your laptop. They open very early which Iappreciate. Read more
