I paid for a pizza online, it said 28 min for pick up time. 1 hour and 20 minutes later I call to cancel my order (so I can find... something else for my kid to eat for dinner), no one answers the phone, and while I?m on hold for over 10 min I get a textsaying my pizza *just* went in the oven. I leave to pick it up and it is somehow not even hot. I can?t get my money back becauseno one will answer the phone. No one greets me or says anything when I enter the store, they all just give me unwelcoming looks,never ordering from here again Read more
I'd give this location a 0 if I could. Tried to order online at 7:47pm. The store online and on their website said they were... still open and closed at midnight. It is currently 8:55pm and the tracker still says, "[insert name] started preparing yourorder at 7:47pm. I've tried contacting the store 3 seperate times (which resulted in having their ads read over and over to mefor over 30 minutes and not once ringing or speaking with someone). We have made screenshots of all the screens and the receiptsfrom both their website and email to prove we aren't just making it up. We will be contacting them in person about it andhopefully get our money back for our simple 2 pizza order. Will NOT be ordering from this location again. Read more
Man, I am not the kind of person to leave negative reviews. And, I mean, it's Domino's. Right? No one is expecting perfection.... But every time I order, something goes wrong. Today, it's more than an hour and a half after I placed my pretty basic order. Nopizza still. I even called them to check. Honestly, I only order from them because my kid likes the cinnamon twists. Next time,I'll bake my own twists. With yeast and at least 2 rises. We'd still be eating before this pizza arrives. Read more
We ordered two pizzas at 4:15 pm. Not exactly dinner rush. It's now 5:55 pm and we are still waiting. The app says it was... delivered. When we called, they said the driver was on the way. This has happened before...it was a mistake to give them anotherchance. Read more
