Made a delivery order, and not only for the price but the service, quickness, quality, and overall taste... This was AMAZING!!... Coming from Duluth / Cotton, MN., it was delicious!! They were very fast in delivery it was still so very hot and it wasperfectly done even considering it was a split pizza with pepperoni and extra cheese on one side, and black olives, mushrooms,and onions on the other!! Ordered about 3 weeks ago and the pizza dough was undercooked, it was fine and edible. But today after waiting 2 hours for my... order every single slice was burnt black on the bottom & there was no point in trying to eat it. How do you send out foodwithout checking it??? I will never order from Riverside again!!!! Because I place my order via phone. The guy who talked to me via the phone told me... my order would be ready in 15-20 minutes, then I went to the store and they told me I had to wait for 5 minutes. After 5minutes, one of the employees came to me and told me that my order would be ready in 20 minutes. I spent my 30 minute break outthere with out my order. Finally, I cancelled it. Whoa davanni's has some amazing Pizza. I've been here a few times before but today I managed to stop and get a pizza and I... grabbed the five meat pizza for takeout. This is the only location in Minneapolis very nice customer service they also have anupstairs sitting area where you can enjoy your meal. Don't forget to grab napkins!!!! ????...?????????????? As someone who loves Davanni's and has ordered from many different locations over the years, I will never order from Riverside... again. We had to slice the pie ourselves and in doing so noticed the dough on the deep dish was raw to the point of beinginedible. When we called to let them know, the manager wouldn't even get on the phone to tell us they would not be sending out anew pie. Low quality food and bad business tactics at this location.
