They have forgotten my online order twice in 3 weeks, and the first was completely wrong when I got back tk eat it.
Don't bother ordering online. I could have stood in the line 5 times over and gotten food faster than it took the one guy in... the back that was processing online orders. I get that staffing is an issue, but they shouldn't take online orders if theydon't have the capacity. In-house service is good though. Read more
This is the best Chipotle in downtown Minneapolis. The burritos are delicious, always stuffed to the max and rarely broken. The... staff are quick and the orders are almost always done before the pickup time. And people downtown know it, because today when Iwent at 12:40 there was a line of 20 people and 10 more people waiting, and the staff weren't missing a beat. A guy was supermad and yelling at the staff, who calmly informed him that they were short-staffed and that his order would be out shortly, andthey kept flying through the orders even while he kept yelling at them. In the end, the guy got his order in less than threeminutes. The people who work at this Chipotle are heroes, end of story. Read more

I placed a catering order where I was missing over $40 worth of food. Calling the store or trying to report the issue online... didn't work. Nobody will help me. The chat function on the website is not helpful at all. I have never had such awful customerservice. It is so frustrating. This was my first and last time trying Chipotle catering because the missing food and customerservice were so bad that I NEVER want to deal with this again. I shouldn't have to spend hours trying to contact a company tolet them know about their mistake. Read more
Every time I come to this location for lunch the staff are working super hard & are always friendly. The food is well seasoned &... is always great. They get through their line pretty fast and I never have any issues. I just wish they were open after 4 pm.Sometimes I want chipotle for dinner. Read more
