FINALLY! Good Chinese in Minneapolis. I had the orange chicken, it is lightly spicy with a mild orange flavor slivers of orange... peel throughout, steamed broccoli, plenty of sauce and the chicken stays nice and crispy. I have tried almost a dozen Chineserestraunts at various price points and this one has been the best American Chinese place by far! The prices are fair andportions size is great. I would give a 5-star but the reason is that they don?t talk much. In other word, customer service requires being friendly. I... understand not everyone is same and also, once it come to business like that, Chinese people usually don?t talk much but doesn?tmean they mean. I ordered 3 combos come to find out the rice was old and burnt. Gave me credit but when I went to get the credit. The lady there... gave me a disgusting look. So I just left the credit and won't be ordering from there anymore. Please do better and have bettercustomer service not to mention fresh food. Read more
I'm from Texas and this place was delicious! Nice sized plates. Very reasonably priced and good portions. My kids loved their... sesame chicken and orange chicken. Beef and mushrooms was perfect. Chinese Express is our go to Chinese restraunt for work. We drive in, eat in, and carry out regularly. The food is always hot.... It's not mysterious, you know what you're eating and see fresh ingredients. They are accommodating for requests and go above andbeyond with customer service. Online ordering is really convenient.
