Had an early event to get to at the convention center on a Saturday. This location was the only one somewhat nearby that opens... before 7am. After having to walk a few blocks while witnessing a minor assault on the street in an empty downtown, I sat andwaited. Come 6:40, location still wasn?t open even though someone was inside and signs on all doors saying they opened at 6:30AM. I had to leave without anything. Needless to say it was a waste of time. I asked for this small drink with no ice, and as you can see, I only have about half of the cup full of product. This isn't the... first time I've had my drinks skimmed out on product because I asked for less or no ice, but this is the most extreme example.I'm getting very tired of getting less product just because I ask for little or no ice, and I would really appreciate anexplanation about why you get so much less product because of it. I even posted about it on Twitter and directly mentionedCaribou, but I never got a response about it, and that's not what good customer service looks like. Caribou, I love you andenjoy your products, but this makes me not want to come back again. If I wanted a 6oz cup of coffee, I would have made it athome and not paid so much for it. Read more
Fine for grab & go, but not for relaxing. There are no bathrooms for customers
