This place forgot to make my drink. When I pointed it out to them, there was basically no acknowledgement of the inconvenience.
I ask for no froth, get froth and the cups not full. I'm done with this Caribou. Heading unhappily back to Starbucks.

I have very "middle of the road" feelings about Caribou. Not my favorite coffee shop, but better than others. I chose to go to... Caribou this time because I had a gift card. The U.S. Bank Plaza location is a very busy location in the morning, and theygenerally have enough staff to minimize the wait time, which is great. However, it seems that they need to increase the amountof refrigerated food available. They were completely wiped out of yogurt parfaits and fruit when I came through the line, so allI had to choose from were baked goods. Would have preferred something healthier. They should look at increasing their supplyconsidering the high demand in a skyway location. I opted for banana bread instead, and found that they had changed the recipefrom the last time I had ordered it, and the quality was nowhere near what I had expected. They should switch the recipe backimmediately. 3 stars because I wasn't pleased with my trip to Caribou, but as I've already stated, I didn't expect much fromthem anyway. Read more
One of the most consistent Caribous I've ever visited. I used to work downtown for several years. This location consistently... brews quality drinks and will treat you like a valued customer. You might have to wait a bit during rush periods, but that hasto do with the volume of customers that go there. Read more
Been through a few times during the morning rush and it's a bit of a wait but it's extremely busy. Staff always seems to be... working well together and as efficiently as possible. The only downside is it's a small space and it gets uncomfortably crowdedwhile waiting. Read more
Chaotic and confusing. Too many questions to place a simple order. Two locations where ordered items come up, but they're not... signed. I ordered two items and they were delivered to the different places. They asked for my name when I ordered but didn'tcall it out when delivering my items. Coffee was good, once I found it. Read more
