Nice and spacious with some study spaces. The workers were friendly but slightly slow on making drinks.

Coffee is warm, not hot. No TP - with one bathroom. Amazing! Employees take more than 30 minutes to even check this. There were... three employees in the store at the time. The second Caribou, at Washington and University is much, much better. I can rememberthis lousy service well more than a year back, but had assumed that they would have gotten their act together in themeanwhile What is even more amazing are the cut-and-paste robotic responses which this Caribou is posting in respose to badreviews.
