WOW WOW WOW!!! Before I moved to Minneapolis I had never stepped foot into a Carbone's before. Man was I missing out. The... food/service/experience is top notch. Pizza crust as thin as my hairline, wings as crispy as fresh white tee, and beers as coldas my ex-girlfriend. We live in an apartment and ordered online. The driver just left our food outside and we didn't know. Not only that but we... were missing a burger meal. When we called and asked to speak with the manager she pretty much told us its our fault and theydon't have a protocol to buzz anyone. Been dining here before Covid, before they remodeled and I must say the rudeness was justwrong. A long term customer was just lost. Our bill was almost $100.00, we always tip generously and that my friends is moneylost for their drivers. All the drama over a missing item? At this point I will always share this story with all my friends,family and on social media on why they don't deserve our LOCAL business anymore. No longer will I cater meals to any of themedical locations I manage either. So they didn't lose just my business, they just lost 21 clinics that I would order lunchesfor and those bills were much more than just me and my family's dinner. Went on a Friday night. We have two grandchildren working there, so, yeah, we're a little biased. But dinner was great if a... little slow. I had the Mushroom & Swiss burger and the Misses had a Build your own pizza, both were good. They arrived justwarm enough. The ambiance is perfect and plenty of seating. Not sure we'll get back to this location again, bit of a drive froma SW suburb. Well have to find one closer. Read more
Love the thin crust pizzas here. We ordered a a cheese pizza, a taco pizza and a build-your-own pizza with green olive,... pepperoni, jalapeños, and tomatoes. The taco pizza is not as good as I expected mainly because the flavor was too plain, butthe other two pizzas where absolutely delicious. The wings are also really good. The service was great. On the night shift in the area, I ordered a 10" thin crust Pepperoni and Canadian Bacon pizza for pick up. Didn't take long at... all for cooks to make and it was delicious. The atmosphere inside the restaurant appeared to be wonderful. I would definitelyrecommend for those who want dine in, carry out and or delivery. Read more
Upon entering, I was greeted by an employee that was very friendly and made me feel right at home! The food is in large portions... and excellent quality, definitely worth the price! The whole aesthetic of the place is very pleasing, and the patio area issmall and pleasant. They have an issue with wasps, however. they are aware of it, and put out wasp traps, but it's still aissue. because of this, I suggest that and going there you eat inside other than outside. If you don't feel comfortable witheating inside due to the pandemic, order take out/ pick up if you are considering being a patreon to this business. Read more
