If you don't have time to read this review, then just know this: definitely come here as it has risen to be one of my favorite... Mediterranean style restaurants in the twin cities. My wife and I ordered the lamb adana entree, felafel, and turkish coffee. The adana was so flavorful, moist, and has a nice "bounce" to it that other restaurants lack (probably cause this restaurantprepares their food fresh every day). The same can be said about their pilaf rice: pillowy and fragrant. The salad was alsounique when compared to other restaurants - you have the classic acidity through the tomatoes and citrus, but there was a spicewe couldn't quite name that was delightful. The entree as a whole complimented itself very nicely: you have the fat and saltfrom the adana, the acidity of the salad, and fluffy rice and pita to wrap it all together. The felafel was perfect: crispy onthe outside, moist on the inside. It still has great texture unlike the over-fried ones at other restaurants. Combine this withtheir homemade cucumber sauce (which has actual cucumber slices in it!) and you have a killer appetizer. The turkish coffeepacked a real punch in a good way - I assume it was made slowly for the flavors to be extracted. Prices are reasonable, foodcomes hot and fresh, and staff are nice. Campus Cafe is a welcoming, accessible place to enjoy some fresh, high quality Turkish and Mediterranean cuisine. For the price,... it's an excellent value and always prepared perfectly. The restaurant layout creates a lively atmosphere around lunch time, andthe dining room is always well kept. I eat here at least once a week, and I am always satisfied with my experience. Thestaff/owner are friendly, and always remember a familiar face. I cannot recommend it highly enough. Read more

Easy to get to and within walking distance of West Bank. Atmosphere is nice and lots of sun comes in the windows. They have a... good sized menu with lots of veggies and/or meat. They serve Turkish tea in traditional Turkish cups, and it was pretty tasty. Igot the doner sandwich. The pita was great but the meat wasn't sorry flavorful. It's a didn't because I love Turkish food. Ihaven't tried the falafel yet so I will come back for that sometime. The fries were really good. It is a great quiet place tosit alone or have meetings. Clean, bright, lots of space and tables. The cashier, I think he may have been the manager, was so helpful in answering... questions I had about the menu. Try the roasted eggplant. It was delicious and went well spread on the pita, etc. Lamb wasflavorful. I recommend ordering a few things and have trying the different flavors. I will definately go back. Read more

I tried this place out for the first time and I dont know why I waited so long. The employees are very friendly and the space is... nice. I ordered the lamb kabob, on peta bread, with lettuce, onions and tomatoes and it was FANTASTIC! I really liked the hotsauce that they offer as well. This was also my first time having Baklava and it was perfection. I look forward to coming back!! Read more

Food was good and the Baklava was amazing. Also enjoyed the Turkish Coffee. Ordered the food at the counter and waited for like... 10mins, which is not bad. Spacious and Usual. There is a lot for parking behind the cafe (@3rd St) and they validate the parkingticket. Read more
