i have always loved the bagels here, they?ve been my favorites and it?s close to my house so i go all the time. i always get an... everything bagel and a five cheese bagel, though today when i got the two, they looked significantly different. i?m not surewhat happened or why they are really different now but it makes me really sad. i don?t like the changes in either of them and ireally want to know why it?s different. and i hope it?s just a one time thing. I mobile ordered here this morning before leaving my house using the Bruegger's app. I got there about 20 minutes later and my... order wasn't ready. I then waited for about another 10 minutes before asking about my order, and they told me they were makingit. At this point it would have been way faster just to wait in line and order. The woman working there then informed me theywere out of the kind of bagel I ordered, which was super frustrating because I had already waited a while to get my food, but Ijust requested a different kind of bagel. Worst experience ever. I work for Doordash and the girl that "so called helped" with black hair was passive aggressive from... start to finish. Just plain rude frankly. She said it'd be right up. She didn't even start it and proceeded to help everyone inline by the time I was supposed to receive it. In turn making me late on my delivery. She didn't even seal the bag and was goingas slow as possible once she finally started making it creating a longer line. She got an attitude about sealing the bag after Iwas leaving and when I was already late. Unprofessional and extraordinarily unpleasant. I'll never go back. Read more
