This review has nothing to do with the food as I love Beps fresh food! This has to do with the unprofessional experience I had... when I came to get lunch at 1:50pm... I understand the restaurant closes at 2pm but that's when you should be doing closingjobs, at/after 2. When I came in there were at least 2 workers who barely acknowledge me as if I was inconveniencing them,finally someone from the back came out to help.. there was another person stacking chairs up on the tables.. I just felt that ifI was the manager I would not appreciate my staff checking out before their job was done. Personal opinion. Read more
This is by far the best pho joint I?ve ever been to. Everything, especially the pho is so delicious and fresh. The atmosphere... of this restaurant is so modern and comfortable - I love that they have to-go options: plastic pho bowls, pho spoons- theyreally thought of everything, there?s nothing i would change about this place. I go here a lot, but so does everyone else, thelines during lunch hour are pretty long but move fast. Read more
Outstanding service there. The employees preparing the food have always been very accommodating to my dietary restrictions and... went out of their way to make sure nothing I was ordering would make me sick. Their spring rolls are delicious and fresh and thePho portions are huge! Highly recommend. One area of improvement: while I highly appreciate compostable to go containers, thebowl is not leak proof and I?ve had issues with the broth leaking if I spent too much time enjoying my pho....
