Everything was good until we found that the green wasn’t clean. They did not wash the vegetable. We told the server. All she... said was “Really? Ok! Sorry” then walkaway like nothing happened. She couldn’t careless. Never took the soup back to thekitchen or remove off the bill. Ok! Sorry! We will never go back. The service was awful. Read more

Food was very delicious and flavorful. We ordered the chicken Adobo, the shrimp bicol, chicken wings, pork belly garlic fried... rice and house fries. Excellent! Now, let's talk about service - wait time for our food was well over 1 hour. It is true whatother reviewers said, this restaurant caters more to the Caucasian customers. They were more attentive to them and they gottheir food before ours. And we basically ordered the same food. The waitresses was okay. Portion size is a disappointment. Allin all, okay restaurant if you're craving Filipino food. Read more

Some of the best food I have ever had! I have so many good things to say about this restaurant! I have been back 4 times, and... can't get enough. The first time I went was to do the Kamayan, they were able to make it Gluten Free for me and I did a happydance the whole time I ate. The food is so fresh and amazing with so much flavor! Every time I have had amazing service, theyhave great live music and the drinks are awesome! I wish they would advertise how many Gluten Free items they have so morepeople can check them out! 100% would recommend! Read more

By far the best food I have had in Minneapolis! Heard about this place in March, and have been trying to get here every time I... am in the area and it finally happened. This place did not disappoint. Andrew greeted us with a friendly warm smile, theatmosphere is fun and comfortable. It's a small little bistro where the staff are smiling and very helpful. I will be back!Great job Andrew! Read more

My husband and I grew up in the Philippines, and the food at Apoy transported us back home- it was delicious! We had the pork... BBQ, Chicken inasal & lumpia, and we shared the flan for dessert. If you've never had Filipino food, there are a lot of greatdishes on this menu that anyone would love! Highly recommend! We will be back many times! Read more

Hello! This restaurant has been on my "need to go list" for awhile and I'm disappointed I didn't go sooner! I will start by... saying thank you to the staff for the great service and very clean, chill environment! The restaurant itself is a smaller moreintimate place that's very simple but beautiful. The menu itself seems very thought out and detailed. Each item had a gooddescription and I got a general idea of what I would be getting. The drink menu was also very descriptive and inventive, I don'tthink I've had drinks that are this complex before in flavor variety. Now the food itself is some of the best I've had, trulythe chefs know what they are doing and want to please the guest. Everything was cooked perfect and had such intense flavor thatkept everyone at the table thinking about it way after dinner. I'd recommend anyone to this place as it feels very welcoming andcan cater to most people. Most of the menu can be had as vegetarian which is an added benefit! I'd recommend getting the porkbelly fried rice and the flan for dessert, absolutely incredible! Thank you again to everyone at Apoy and to anyone who readthis review, have a wonderful day! Read more

I went to Apoy last night for the first time and had a wonderful experience! The staff were all super nice and inviting and the... food was delicious. We went with the Kamayan option and were really impressed. Lots of food and such a great variety of Filipinofoods to try. While we didn't like all of the foods on our table, we really enjoyed most of it! Very cool, authentic experienceto eat on Banana leaves with your hands. I will certainly be back! Read more

Great place with great food. Cubano was rich, buttery and simply amazing. Some of my knocks are that the Adobe is incredibly... salty and even though I love my salt, it was too much. In addition, the fries were cold and stale. Not sure if the fries aresupposed to be like that l, but they were more like potato chips than fires. There also seemed to be one main waiter serving theentire restaurant. A lady came to serve here and there but for the majority of the time there, it was a solo act. Dude was achamp and did the best he could. Expect to wait about 45 minutes for food and seating is limited. Looking forward to the nextvisit. Read more
