They have been a good supplier for us. Chairs, tables and coffee pots. Lucky always works hard to find the best price for us .... We will continue to use them in the future. Owner Lqubal Sajady who goes by the name "Lucky" seemed like a nice guy over the phone, but everything went downhill after that.... When we went to his store (which by the way was hard to find since it was located in a building meant for office space) thestore was very small, messy, and disorganized. We could not even walk down one of the only 3 isles he had to look through.Lqubal claims to have the largest selection in the area. However, we didn't realize this at the time, but you can find moreestablished restaurant supply stores that have more options with a quick search online. We did try to place an order whichwouldn't have been possible if he didn't find his catalog. Long story short - it took a week of some back and forth to finallyget an estimate from him since he did not answer all of our questions in our first email. Then we found out he made a $40 errorin his favor on the invoice. On top of that, it should be noted that Lqubal has a slogan on his about us page that states "Brandname china for half price or less" / followed by "Volume Advantage Pricing" / followed by a "best price guarantee".... But whenwe asked if he could help us out with the total since we found the exact same items cheaper elsewhere - all he did was resend usthe original invoice he sent us before with no explanation as to why he was not willing to stick by his own policies and help usout. The owner was friendly and I recommend stopping in to look around if you're in the market for sturdy dishware.
