For my first time here it was bad. I went to eat with a friend. I added extra Portion of meat. Simple for anyone to... understand. Instead of accepting the mistake that she made and fixing it this is what she did. Your waitress explained tome; "the extra meat Is served as sauce". I'm insulted because she explained it; as if I didn't know what meat was. The waitressoffered me an additional piece of meat for the additional cost to compliment my meat sauce. I Wanted to leave. That wouldachieve nothing but me getting the cops called on me for dining and dashing. This experience placed me in a position where I hadto bite my tongue, shut up, eat my food, pay for it, and leave completely dissatisfied, aggravated and I PAID FOR ALL OF IT. Ididn't ask for sauce I asked for meat. The waitress laughed at me, and offered for me to pay even more for my already messed uporder the waitress should have fixed in the first place. Read more

My family and I have been coming here for many years. In the beginning the food, service and atmosphere was great. Don't get me... wrong, it's all pretty much the same, depending on who makes your food, answers your call or who waits on your table. We havegotten some pretty rude waitresses and a food mess up that resulted in a cheese steak with half the meat removed because ofunwanted sauce. Grant it, I know mistakes happen but our order was taken and it was still messed up. The only other thing Idislike is how hard the Broccoli is on their pizza. Otherwise we still order from here because we do like their Stromboli,cheese Steaks, salads, omg the garlic knots. One other thing, they need to put their fried foods in containers or paper tray andnot wrap them in foil, omg I hate that!!!! Read more
