Picked up a footlong sandwich to go and after I got home I opened it up and it was missing half the meat on it prices are high... but I could at least get me on my sandwich when I pay that much. Read more
Supposed to be open till 10 closed 30 minutes early
I was in a happy mood and patient, but it took me 20 minutes to move through the line with only two people in front of me and... the first employee who helped me was so angry it made me feel out of place being happy at all. He was so mad that he wasfumbling all over the place and having to redo orders, self sabotaging. Like, I feel for the guy, but I just want my food withpolite and professional interactions please. Absolutely horrendous toward there employees. The manager is a small child that gets upset and throws a fit when he doesn't get... his way. He fired me because he was but hurt I got another job and wanted to talk to me crazy making up completely ridiculouslies to justify himself. Typically Great staff and delicious food depending on who is working. I understand portion cost and stuff but 1st time charged... me for the Italiano and since I wanted the turkey instead of the ham she proceeded to charge me $3 for extra meat but only putthe normal amount on there same with the double meat for ham and turkey but put normal portion. However the second time we wentstaff was very nice and actually made the sandwiches to our specifications and was exactly what we wanted. Read more
