Went in today to pick.up my carry out. Ask the cashier if she had any cheese or pepper. About that time a large Hispanic lady... behind the counter said....we don't give that away any more. O.K. But that wasn't my question. I ask if you had any. U JUSTLOST A CUSTOMER !!! Read more
The place was not very good. The service was not very good. The person waiting on my party didn't seem to know what he was... doing. The orders were not what was ordered. The time it took to be waited on and place orders was not very good. I will not bedining at this place next time I visit Mineral Wells, Texas. Read more
After watching their TV commercials all week on their "3 topping large deal for $10.99 ", I went by this past Saturday afternoon... to place a take out order for 3 pizza's.....at 1 00 in the afternoon the place was empty except for one girl working the drivethru window.....I asked her about the 3 topping deal special for 10.99 and she told me they didn't have one, but had the samething but would be a dollar more....I thought about it for a moment, said 'No thanks' and walked out.......understand now whythis place has very little buisness...... I know that they are currently understaffed and will still use this location. They make great pizza when they have everything... they need to make it and work efficiently. I also didn?t open the box before leaving so it is my fault I made it home before Ifound out. However, I ordered pan crust and when I got home and opened the box, the crust was thin and flat. It appears it hadbeen over stretched during make up or under proofed and baked in the wrong pan without the proper amount of olive oil as it didnot have that crisp exterior, soft interior. The cheese for the stuffed crust was a bit salty for my palate and tough. Not allwas lost though. There were ample toppings and the flavor was excellent. Read more
Took 10 minutes to be seated then got to the table it was dirty, they didn?t give us an option of what flavor crust we wanted... and when they brought the plates after being asked to do so they where dirty with crumbs and old food on it. We ordered panpizza and it came flat and doesn?t taste good. Would rather go to domino?s. Read more
Not so good. Party of 4, waited over 5 min to be seated in largely empty restaurant. Took our drink order right away, got our... drinks right away and said they would return right away but the server apparently forgot us because no one came to take our foodorder for over 20 minutes when I finally gave up and stood in line at the counter to order for our table service. 35 minutesAFTER we placed our food order they brought us the wrong order and asked us if it was right then took it to another 8 top tablethat had been seated for about 15 min. I waited another 5 min (40 minutes from ordering, 1 hour and 5 minutes from waiting tobe seated) then walked to the counter to check on our order and request drink refills. I was told our order was just coming outthe server was just getting our marinara sauce for our table... our order was 1 large thin crust pizza, 2 orders or cheesebreadsticks and dessert cinnamon rolls. My point being it was not a large order. The.pizza was hot but not cut into slices. Thecheese breadsticks were luke warm/room temp. The server apologized for the delay and said they got side tracked. No one checkedon us again. We ate our meal, got up to go ask for refills and finally a to go cup then waited another 10 min at the counter forsomeone to take our payment. $48. Not a good experience but maybe we keep coming on "off" times that are unusual. We have eatenhere twice in the last year, unfortunately it was a similar experience as the last time... hence the lengthy review. Maybe it'llhelp refresh my memory before trying it again in a year or so. LOL. Read more
