I was in the lobby waiting for our food to be prepared,as I look up the night manager in charge went straight to were our food... was being made she didn't even wash her hands after hugging on a few people in the lobby while she should have been doing herjob, not only did she not wash her hands but no gloves on either when she was putting our order together. When I said somethingabout it to her that I refused to eat that after what I had seen. She started to curse at me as she got mad that I caught herbeing unsanitary and very careless about her customers. I hope that she gets a dealing with before she hurts or kills someone. Iwill never go back to Braums ice cream in Mineral Wells Texas again. Read more

Neapolitan Cookie sundae was great!

The young girl wasnt rude but she came across as I was interrupting her... the older lady in there was waiting on customers at... the store, when done there, she moved on to cleaning tables and reloading the ketchup dispenser. She was real nice. It wasnt anunpleasant visit, but I wont eat there again. Read more
