Friendly staffs and very patient. I had coupons from T-Mobile Tuesday that I have to load on my phone plus the DD app to earn... points. The staff did not mind we have to wait for the screen to load on the phone. Also said bye and have a great day after weleave. Very good customer service. Other DD has employees with accents and poor English. This location was easily to talk to andunderstand everything. Read more

My girlfriend ordered me a cake for my birthday. However, the cake was supposed to have a picture on it. When we saw the cake it... was all pink and barely legible. The picture we had given and the cake we got were so different and it was horrible. The manageof the store had even spoken to her earlier the same day but never even told her about how the picture looked. The managerclaimed he had forgotten to tell her. However, it was clear that he just didn?t care enough to tell her. The manager wasn?t eventhere to speak with us and we had to resort to an employee calling him on his phone. He refused to give us a refund and said hedid his best. But NEVER communicated to her about how bad the cake looked. There was no way we could have fixed it so we had topour sprinkles alll over the top of it to cover up how bad it really looked. I will never ever get a cake from this place againand neither will my girlfriend. I don?t recommend it at all. Read more

For Veteran's Day, all Dunkin Donuts were supposed to give a free donut with valid ID. Not here. Older guy with beard insisted... that an additional purchase was required and was rude. I used to visit this location a lot. Never again. Read more
