Fast Service but some of the menu are not great such as Vegetarian dumpling, veg noodles as there is hardly any vegetables... there. I had bad experience with vegetarian dumpling as one of the dumpling was actually filled with meat instead of vegetables. Read more
If I could rate 0 stars I would. The WORST Chinese food ordering experience i?ve ever had. I ordered/paid for delivery online... and even tipped. Upon delivery, I was informed that they didn?t have my payment. This made no sense because how could I haveordered online without entering my payment info? I informed ballydar that if they truly didn?t already charge me, i?d be happyto give my payment info again. So I did (meanwhile the food was sitting outside in the cold as this went on). AFTER PAYINGAGAIN, the woman working proceeded to tell me that ?next time I need to pay for my delivery? completely ignoring the fact that IDID PAY in the first place and the error was on THEIR END. And then I paid anyway and she has the audacity that I need to payfor my delivery. I damn near lost it and told her their won?t ever be a next time. As if the experience couldn?t get any worse,the chicken was somehow undercooked. I would have been willing to overlook this if not for the disrespectful staff and thehassle of going through all this. Because of that workers RUDENESS, and the disorganization of Ballydar I will never order hereagain. There are many Chinese take-out restaurants everywhere. Few, in my opinion, stand out. Bally Dar has consistently produced good... food at a reasonable price. There are some ?Chinese? restaurants that don?t have Chinese people cooking!!! Really?? Do youhave a special order? More sauce, cooked well done, hotter spice? Just let them know. It will get done. I am pleased with the way they make our chicken dishes correct. Hot food. Friendly people. Sometimes it takes too long. But,... overall good food. Worst place to do delivery. A couple times orders were late or wrong. And had seafood in my rice andnoodles. I am allergic to seafood too. Will never order from them ever again. ???? Read more
