Great pizza ! Bit slow but they were flying trying to cope with the large numbers of orders.
I hate giving this review, because the actual pizza is delicious-if anyone actually answers the phone or doesn't put you on hold... until it hangs up... I hoped maybe it was a one off the first time this has happened, but I have tried at least 4 times +. It'sridiculous.. Read more
The staff is horrible at wait times. Waited 45 mins for a pizza I ordered for pick up that I was told would take 15 mins. Paid... for the pizza, then was told they hadn't even put it in yet!?.. and that's after 20 mins for driving time to getthere. Ridiculous customer service. I got a brushed off "sorry" and that's it. Extremely unhappy since I had my baby in thecar, which is why I called the order in to make sure it was ready by the time I got there. Pizza was under cooked. The bottomwas doughy. So we often pick up pizza in Minden on our way to the cottage. And the pizza is OK much better if you order it with a thin... crust so it?s not so doughy. however the service has deteriorated so much that I can?t fathom how this restaurant stays open.Today I ordered our pizza an hour in advance and specifically requested a 7 PM pick up giving them lots of time When we arrivedthey had forgotten to cook it. It was raw. Literally. So the girl quickly places it in the oven and when I asked if that wasmine. She gave me attitude!!!! Snippy!!! telling me I have to wait Because we were on a time crunch I offered to take it homeand cook it myself. She then gets the manager who gives me even more attitude. The pizza was ok, but the main manager/owner lady at the front was loud,brash and was bordering at being rude ! I had a simple... ask -half of pizza to have chicken and rest the usual veggies and the staff and that main lady could not understand. She wasloud and there was no politeness in her voice ! Read more
First and last visit. Nobody else in the restaurant yet it was a disaster! Not one table was clean, garbages overflowing, napkin... holders all empty and carpenter ants crawling about the dining room. In our entire visit still no one cleaned the dining area.We waited around 40 minutes for our meal, which is fine, but they had the pizza wrong. 2 toppings, no cheese on half. Prettysimple. Staffer said "I must have entered it wrong" and offered no resolution whatsoever. We ate the meal, but will neverreturn. The pizza was poorly with canned (not fresh) mushrooms! Unreal. 0 stars.
