This place is a disaster and bottom of the barrel establishement . I go threw the drive thru atleadt once a week as its the... only drive thru burger place in town. Not anymore , id rather starve. The employees are rude and not trained well . Almostevery time my order is wrong. Tonight i recieved my food but not my drinks . Banged on the window 3 times until the confusedemployee opened it up and said " oh, why are you still here ?" Tonight i got the wrong burger with 2 lettuce "balls" on it . Read more
I remember watching this place get built and being so excited to have a fast food option and soft serve icecream option... available up north. I still prefer the Kawartha Dairy and getting a full meal from the Diner but this is perfect when you have acraving for something quick and don't really feel like waiting. Read more

Handed 4 melted Blizzards. Slammed into a carry out tray. Ice cream pouring out everywhere. 2 made wrong. Remade them and still... melted all over the place. Never tipped upside down like they were supposed to because it would spill on to the counter. I couldhave literally used a straww to drink the Blizzard. Very rude service by the staff. I spent $85 in total for all my food andthis is what I get handed??! I emailed the company and the only thing they did was put my name in a book to get 4 free Blizzardsnext time I come in. Seems great IF I DIDN'T LIVE 4 HOURS AWAY!!! They don't issue coupon replacement or refunds. You are forcedto go back there. Which I'm not! Stopped at the drive through at around 7:20 pm Aug. 10/22. First off, the big menu is situated at the order booth, and the... smaller hamburger menu is situated at the waiting area. It would have helped, if we could have seen the whole menu before we hadto order. The sun was in a bad position and we couldn't see the drinks portion of the big menu either. The order taker had towait a few minutes while we made our selections. There were four of us. We placed our orders and had to change some of them. Ice cream was not available. We ordered three combos and other food. The order taker tried to be patient but she failed. Therewere cars in front of us at all times. Our order came to $53.14. At no time, did she repeat our order back to us. This wouldhave helped. We picked up our order and headed on down the highway. That is when we found we were missing a few items! So weturned around. I took our food back in and the gentleman behind the order counter was very helpful. Since we didn't receive areceipt, I told him the cost of our food. This helped greatly. We went over the order and found we were missing two fry ordersand not on the receipt, an onion ring order. He took the one cold fry order back and dumped it. He then re-ordered the 3 friesand threw in the onion rings for free. This is customer service. I wish we had seen on a screen OR heard our order repeatedback to us. This would have saved us a lot of time. We were heading to the Kinmount theater to see "Top Gun" at 8:00. We endedup being 6 minutes late. So we canceled our plans. On the #1 burger my son ordered, he was disappointed to find it didn't comewith ketchup or mustard. I don't know if this is normal. Odd there was a QR code, beside the pick up window, but you are notgiven a receipt to enter the questionnaire. WHY? PS the food was good. Read more

Make sure you check your bag before you leave! The last 3 times we've gone, someone's dinner has been missing. When spending $70... on fast food, I at least expect it to all be there... Edited: Will not be returning. Gave one last chance and it was still anawful experience. The staff is friendly enough but definitely need better training. I have wasted enough money and time. Wednesday July 6,2022 My first visit to this beautiful location in Minden Hills. Great professional staff on duty to serve... you.
