Where has the concept of customer service. Where employees understand they are hired for a job. Now just show up to socialize... and pick and chose who you really want to help. I assumed a regular trip to Starbucks is in order based on wheather. I placedmy order with Robert. He started some of my order then decided drive true was more important. I arrived at 2:34pm and did notleave till 2:56. Good thing, it gave me plenty of time to observe how my was set aside. While other customers, on drive thru oras a walk up. Some with orders with sandwiches and drinks. Their orders being fulfilled. When I asked how much longer, Zackdecided to step in with sarcastic comments. Where did ( is there anything I can help you with ) went? Instead made a commentlike I was a bother to his life. ( What does he need to leave ) yet he did not help. After a while and me asking when. Robertdecided it was time for me. I was so confused. Was it time for a selfy or my order was finally going to be fulfilled. Once heprovided my product. He apologized with a smirk. On my way out who else, yes Zack. With another sarcastic condensing voice (hey so just wait some times ) Glad I won't be visiting this location. The espresso and Mocha are outstanding but always 4 - 5 Starbucks personnel standing around as the Barista says 'they will be... with me in a minute'.... disappointing Starbucks service Read more
Be careful following Google directions here, its not the exit you think it is. My navigator got distracted on her phone so we... spent a minute circling the wrong parking lot. Read more
The staff here is so sweet. Very nice store inside and make great drinks to your desire of extras
Easy to get coffee ... the coffee is nice. Cake and food selection is ok. They have good Earl Grey tea. Too bad they dont sell... the tea bags anymore. Read more

I like this Starbucks but I feel that it just isn't as great as the one across town. There are much less people in this one, yet... they take much longer than the other Starbucks to get your orders out. Whenever I do get a drink here, it tastes very differentthan any other Starbucks I go to, and sometimes very bitter. There have been times where I order something and two differentworkers give me two of something and when I explain what happened, they just let me keep it. I appreciate the extra free donutor whatever it be, but I only ordered one and someone else should have it when they paid for it. I mean no disrespect orrudeness at all! It is a good Starbucks.
