Good hotel. Usually stay down the street at a newer place but they were full so came here and the outside does look old but the... rooms were nice. AC got cold. Mini fridge. Newly remodeled bathrooms. Bed were pretty comfy. 4 pillows of differentfirmness. Katie's country kitchen for breakfast was awesome. Probably one of the best Belgium waffles I've ever had. Odd overall experience, I enjoyed my time there but erratic enforcement of in house policies left me and my group somewhat... bewildered. Some dealers were great and personable, others were more stoney. Some of the drink services was quick, but a fewwere slow. The dealer questioning my age after already being at the table for over an hour and with them personally for sometime was odd as well as a pit boss suddenly becoming involved in trash after it had been present for well over 15 minute weresomewhat odd and jarring. We really enjoyed our stay. Tammy at registration got us a suite and it was perfect for our anniversary. The amenities were... perfect. We will definitely come back to visit. The staff are very friendly and the restaurants in the Hotel/Casino haddelicious food options. We would highly recommend staying here. Read more
I'm not a gambler, but the restaurant here is great. Good food, good prices and good portions. Wait staff had always been great.... Rooms are nice as well. I stay here when visiting my son. The entire hotel/casino/restaurant is kept very clean. I'm alwaysimpressed when I visit. Read more
This place was a pleasant surprise. Extremely clean rooms, casino wasn?t too smoky, Katie?s restaurant had decent comfort food,... and the pool/jacuzzi was nice and open late. We also saw a concert (on site) while there. Great bonus as all we had to do waswalk across the parking lot. Will be going there again when in town. Read more
Katie's restaurant is well worth the trip alone, great location, 2 spas and pool with eay (6a) openings. Had an a/c issue with... my room which wouldn't cool down from the 95 it was on and needed to request an alternate-the night staff handling that requestwas on a bit of a power trip and suggested I open a window. Eventually, after an argument at the front desk, I was tossed anew room key. Not the best service but as I was walking away she did apologize and must have thought about it more and reducedmy room rate which I didn't have knowledge of until seeing my room charge. Otherwise, it's a friendly little spot with greatfood and location. Parking is free with 24hr security. Read more
I've stayed there numerous times, some rooms are nicer than others. The nicer rooms are really nice, others are above average.... They have two restaurants there, one is a diner and the other is a steakhouse. I eat at the diner often, they have good food atreasonable prices. The steakhouse I have yet to eat at, but it's the type of place that you would take your wife on youranniversary. It's fancy! They also have two bars there and I believe a banquet room. Casino has a wide variety of games, a lotof the older games that I always liked, along with some newer ones which I'm not that fond of. They have tables for blackjackand poker and a roulette table as well. All in all, it's a good place to go. Read more
Stay was great. The gal at the front desk was super helpful and friendly, made check in a breeze and was quick to get me... replacement keys when ours stopped working. The gentleman who took my bags to my vehicle was very friendly also, and even gaveme some local friendly advice for my trip home. The restaurant was super reasonably priced and very good good. The roomsthemselves were reasonably priced, large, had a desk area which was nice and a small fridge. They could use a little moreattention to cleaning, and some better bedding, also the shower curtains had no weights at the bottom, and kept leaking outsidethe shower causing a wet bathroom floor, which is dangerous and just not fun to step in. The rooms also could use better wallsound barriers, we left our tv on to avoid hearing the rooms conversation next to ours. Other than that, we were happy! Read more
