Whoever runs this location needs to be fired, yesterday. Ordered a meal for my family tonight via GrubHub. Get a call that the... store has run out of Beef patties, would I like chicken? This was our first visit to this Wendy's, normally we love Wendy's, this time we got a couple strawberry frosty's that didn't... taste right, and my wife got nauseous. They had a sour like taste. I ate all of mine trying to figure out what's off, my wifeonly ate about half of hers before saying she couldn't finish it, that something was bad, I was done with mine already. I?m giving a two because everyone was nice but the guy on the microphone was not listening to me I asked for chili cheese fries... and I got cheese fries I even confirmed with them at the window that?s what I was getting and I didn?t double check before Ileft because I was on lunch for work and they took forever to even greet me at the window they said it was due to shift changewhich I understand but you can still greet your customer and communicate with them on what was going on they then also gave mythe wrong burger I asked for one cheeseburger meal and a bacon junior meal with no tomato they gave me two junior meal and puttomato on my bacon junior burger. The staff here was super helpful last time I went through the drive thru. I had ordered a burger and a lemonade which came out... to be more than a combo and after I paid I asked if it would have been cheaper to have just gotten the combo with the lemonade.The kind woman working told me yes and also offered to void the transaction and change the order. I opted out of doing that thistime, but I'm happy to know that they were not only willing to do so but that she was so helpful and cheerful while helping!Great customer service! Read more
It's not high class dining by any means but the food is pretty good if you go expecting an old fashioned burger and fries. I... can't speak for the interior but the drive-through always gets my order right but can be slow at busier times. My guiltypleasure here is a weekly baconator and a double stack or two.
