The employees seemed like they didn't want to be there and didn't really care about helping me much and it showed. What looked... like the manager was training a new girl. I just feel like I got incorrect answers to my questions because they didn't reallycare like looking into finding the accurate answers. My questions were about coupons and I felt like they were wrong so I wentahead and downloaded the app and did get a coupon that they said was not available or that I could not use in their store. Went to subway today. The Spinach were shriveled up and look disgusting. The tomatoes were obviously old. And where they used to... have green bell peppers is now a rainbow of colors.... This was all looking through the glass at the vegetables while thinkingabout what I was going to get... The service was amazing as always. A girl named Molly helped me. She was awesome. This store is the worst subway in existence. I ordered a melt and the bread was not toasted, the cheese was not melted, and the... bacon was completely ice cold. When I called to see if they would make it right I was told there was nothing they could do forme unless I came in and even then they would just remake my sandwich. The staff were very helpful and friendly and had good attitudes. The building was clean and all of the food and veggies seemed... fresh and not old. We prefer this location now due to the reasons listed above. Also the sandwiches we ordered were reallygood. Read more
