Normally Roxy's is dicious but it's been a while since I have been to this location. All the food was burnt and dry which was... really disappointing considering that is was pretty speedy. The cashier appeared stressed and overwhelmed and was a bit snappy.Hopefully it was just a off day, which I am sure is bound to happen some times. Read more
I was on this area for work and spotted the place and I toght it will be njce to have Roxis since is been a while but it was one... of the worst food ever at this price, noddles looked from last week and burned on bottom side pinaple chicken tasted bad,first time reviewing anything, didi it because it was discasting. Food is okay to really good. Brown Gravy one time tasted like cigarettes ash. This time so far i haven't got my food yet but the... older woman taking orders really seemed like she didn't want to be there or have customers, that us ordering food was a burden.Then heard her in the back going "feed me feed me." Ordered the Pineapple Chicken. Most over cooked dry chicken I have ever had. Perhaps it wasn't even chicken. It looked... nothing like the picture they had on display. Cleanliness needs work. Tables were sticky and there was grime in between thetables stuck together. For the price I paid and the portion size I got you would think this would be gourmet. Unfortunately,it was a big let down.
