This location is WAY better than the Cartlandia one. Staff is much nicer in general and more patient while you?re ordering and... the service is much faster. My first time here a few weeks ago was great. Today, not so much. My order wasn?t taken correctly, I asked for two of one item... and only one was ordered. My fault, I could have checked. Definitely order online if you come here for accuracy and to avoid along wait. Despite the receipt noting all bagels should be toasted none of them were. The breakfast bagel ingredients werebarely luke warm. I waited for 30+ minutes after placing my order. I can only assume they were in a hurry (it was busy) and thenforgot about my stuff. I recommend ordering online for pickup. I ordered in person, repeated my order twice, and still they missed something in the... order. If u order in person ask for a receipt and check it. This is why I hate the pre-tipping system. F it up and still get atip. The food is good no issues there but 25 minute wait for an egg sandwich is tough. Read more

I order from here all the time, food is delicious and always made exactly how I want it. Never had any problems until today. I... ordered on doordash and after waiting for over an hour and a half I realized that my driver had stolen the food, this part isn'tPuddletown's fault obviously, doordash gave me my money back and so I ordered again because I still wanted my food from youguys. Food gets here and a note is in the bag saying that they will not be remaking my food again and to not cancel my order andreorder?? Obviously I'm not just ordering over and over for fun, the food was in the bag so I'm not sure if they meant they wontmake my food ever again, or if I order twice in a day? Either way very disappointing to see a note like that in my order, Iunderstand it's been hot recently and people can get stressed out , but I think that's unacceptable especially when I am payingfor the food. 04/17/21: 4.5 out of 5 - This is Puddletown Bagel's Milwaukie location that opened not too long ago. Maybe even a few days ago... from the date of this review. My Saturday Running Group and I came here after our morning run, and was pleasantly surprised byPuddletown Bagels. This was the first time we have tried the Milwaukie Food Station pods. The owners were very nice andaccommodating. They were quick to get the order down and the food and coffee & espresso made. There is a some very goodchoices of 12 bagels and spreads that would allow an amazing array of combinations. On top of that you would have options ofgoing with a breakfast combo, sandwich, or just keeping it simple. Bagels are made fresh daily, which they are mixed,hand-rolled, boiled and baked. Pretty impressive! Be aware of their espresso drinks. I had the Mocha which was delicious, butbe aware that it's very hot. Burn your tongue hot. At the end of the meal, the real question isn't "was it good?", but moreso,"would you go back?". My answer: Absolutely!
