It?s a classic staple piece! Shakes are delicious, experience is unique. Great food for classic fast food. Sweet employees.... Great value. Yes the wait can be quiet long but it?s always popular and really corks with the experience (so maybe not ?fast?food). O Read more

I?ve driven by this spot like a thousand times and I finally decided to stop and check it out. Let me tell you that it was... pretty damn good. The burgers were fresh, the fries crispy and the soda came with crushed ice (my favorite). We did go on aSunday right around noon so I would recommend placing your order beforehand so you don?t have to wait. I recommend stopping insometime. Read more

This is a long time staple of the area. My to-be Father-in-law took me here (more than 30 years ago) to get take out for the... family. The fish is halibut, the Mikes Special burger is great and the onion rings about the best there is. However!, yougotta get the shakes and make them Old Fashioned. Don?t be surprised if there is a wait, they get busy. Read more

Good luch. Had shrimp and oysters, fries, ice cream. Kids love Mike's Drive-in, been going for years. Prices are on the high end... and its usually a wait, but so yummy and worth it. Read more

My wife saw an indication that one of Mikes' temporary featured flavors was licorice ice cream. We made the trip (finding out... along the way that the Sellwood location no longer exists). Fortunately, the Milwaukie location is going strong. This is areal piece of Americana - with a bowling alley across the street, train tracks that run alongside the edge of the parking lot,ads painted on the windows (not sure if it was Scot Campbell's work, but the retro vibe works), and, most importantly, qualityfood that's made to order. The licorice lover in my family was thrilled with her ice cream, while I was very impressed with asoft serve sundae made with Ghirardelli dark chocolate and caramel. Current Covid procedures do not allow dining inside, so myonly concern would involve a visit when it's rainy - there's a covered sidewalk that can easily be full of people waiting toplace an order. So, once you've ordered, it may be hard to stay dry while waiting for your food to cook. And, yes, I firmlybelieve the quality of Mike's offerings is well worth the wait. Read more

This place has been in business forever. I love coming here when they have a pumpkin milkshake. It is amazing. We rode our bikes... here from Portland Oregon through the bike trails. The food is wonderful. Amazing customer service. Great spot for those Pokemonplayers for Pokemon to spawn. There's also a pokey gym right here. Read more
