I mean, it's good. It's McDonald's. Customer service is decent, nothing above and beyond and atmosphere the same, food the same... just unhealthy af. Most fast food locations. Any one, any place seems to forget ordered items when handing the bag out thewindow and waving you out of there, this place has done it a few times. Pretty busy being off highway 224( Milwaukieexpressway), taco bell next door always is busy as well, McDonald's seems to keep up the speed and efficiency better. Read more

I appreciate the fact that they did not have the restrooms locked. I needed to use them and without asking to open them I was... able to get in and go to the toilet that was appreciated. However the sinks use a hands-free interface and do not both function.Only one of the two things would respond to my hands under it and then when it did it sprayed the water with too much pressure.That it splashed all over my shirt. Tables weren't cleaned. Floor was dirty. Went to use self checkout. Went through the trouble of ordering 3 meals and there were... no number cards to place on the table for workers to find us when they bring out the meals. Went to the counter and was ignored.Finally had to go behind the counter and get someone's attention. Then had to reorder the 3 meals again and she said she'd bringthem out. Sat at our table for 15 minutes and no food. Went up to counter to see what the problem was and our food was justsitting there getting cold. And the place was practically empty. Read more
Went through their drive through which was very busy but went quickly. Service was great and my order was accurate!
The employees act like you're disrupting them from something important. Genuinely annoyed. The food is convenient at best
