I can only give one stars cause of the customer service . Call manager and he said he would redo my order for free . We will... see. Very poor customer service on delivery rude and cussing speed out of parking at my hotel where i work. Forget my pop . Foodwas cold took 40mins to get here when message I got said it's on its way at 850 pm. Didn't get it I till 940 pm. I should got adiscount or something. The driver name was Ronald. Very rude . Dominos is junk food, it tastes good, and it's affordable. It's not gourmet, or a pizza place you'd go to treat yourself. But... it's always good, fast, and arrives to your house hot! We've never relieved an incorrect order or a late order, and the staff isalways friendly and nice. Plus the drivers read the notes you add which is always a bonus! I worked at a more expensive pizzachain for 10 years, and so I know how busy stores get, how swamped the workers get, and how stressful it can be. Read more
Wish I could put a zero! Less than zero if there was a such thing! I understand and can deal with the 20min call to the center... that doesn't know anything about Domino's who they have to take calls for due to short staff! IT'S THE FACT THAT AT THE END OFTHE ORDER THEY CAN'T TAKE MY CASH ORDER BECAUSE IT WAS $47 AND WITH THERE DELIVERY CHARGE OF $5 IT WENT UP TO $52 WITCHAPPARENTLY THEY WON'T OR CAN'T DO ANYTHING OVER $50 FOR CASH ORDER!!!! Seems to be an issue with deliveries. Stick to in store pick up and make sure everything is correct before leaving the store. I... know places are short staffed and delivery times are longer but y'all gotta know not to stack too many pizzas or this willhappen. I only ordered 1 pizza so must have been someone else's order on top of mine. Read more
This place is always great. Super fast delivery and nice staff members. The pizza always gets here hot with the cheese still... gooey. It's always delicious and they've never gotten our order wrong. Read more
