Pleasant atmosphere, great service, and excellent food. Coffee was just right. I had the Biscuits' Omelot with hash browns and... pancakes. The portions were great , I boxed up half my meal and had a 2nd, delicious leftovers breakfast at home the nextday. Didn't have to wait long to be seated, nor for our order, and the staff was attentive, helpful and very nice. Price wasabout average for a sit down, family style restaurant ($15-$17 each) Cheers! You know, it was fine. Better than some breakfast spots. The building has certainly seen it's share of restaurants like this.... Elmer's, then Hale's, now Biscuits. Food was alright. Overall, I'd choose this over Shari's or Black Bear Dinner. Read more
Had never heard of Biscuits Cafe' and wasn't disappointed. Service was friendly and fast. Portions were huge and priced well... for size. Top it off with very tasty. Would visit again for sure as their breakfast selection looks awesome. Read more

Don't eat at the Biscuit's in Milwaukie. I'm a forgiving person, but twice now I have paid over $50 to get the wrong order and... have the manager tell me I had to deal with the delivery service to get my money back. Have we really gone from the customer isalways right to Screw the customer, I have my money. I do have to admit, 30 minutes after the delivery, the manager did call meand say they found our order and I was welcome to come pick it up. If I wanted pickup, I would have ordered it that way.
