This Wendy?s needs better employees. They are rude and inconsistent with carrying out service . Food is a hit or miss and most... of the time it?s a miss. Every time I come through the drive thru I see rats running around behind the dumpster . Do better orjust go out of business. Read more
If I can give zero star, I would. Horrible service and salad wasn't even fresh anymore, just look at the pic. Also, missing... almonds and pecans for the salad and staff were rude when they were pointed out on it. Never will I go again. Nasty place. Forthe money I paid, I should have gone elsewhere. The drive thru attendant was very sweet and we joked with each other while I waited for my order. Fries were cold, stale and... somehow soggy at the same time. Dave's double was mashed into the wrapper with the toppings strewn about and sauce on the topand bottom of the bun. Honestly how hard could it be to place the toppings on top of the burger patty? Extremely DISAPPOINTED!!!! I ordered a 50 piece chicken nuggett and 20 of the chicken nuggets were undercooked and raw. Ordered... 3 fries altogether and all 3 orders of fries were undercooked and raw. I called the store and was told to bring the food back upthere but who wants to drive 20 minutes back up there and wait in a line that is wrapped around the building?? It's a looseloose. Extremely disappointed AND this isn't the 1st time this has happened. This has happened to me NUMEROUS times. Spent $40just to come home and have to cook. Do better. Do better!!!! Read more

Door dashed here, unlike literally every other place I?ve DoorDashed when the inside is closed, they just allow you to go up to... the window and tell them you?re there. When I pulled up to the window all the employees seemed flabbergasted and started tosnicker to one other. When I pulled out my phone and showed them that I was there for a pick up order they all looked at eachother, shrugged, and then one lady, presumably the manager comes from the back to tell me I can?t just skip the line and I?llhave to wait in the drive thru line. Mind you my order was ready for pickup by 5:31 and I was there at 5:32. Unbelievableincompetency on the employee side. Hope there are better accommodations for 3rd party drivers in the future.
