The filet & fries were ????. Looks like your below 4 star rating has a lot to do with wait time. I also noticed you guys run... out of food (which happens at most restaurants after 7pm). Create a offer or deal to past customers and new customers and askthe satisfied ones to leave a review in return. This should help your rating. ?? Read more

I'll start by saying that I had a sandwhich which was quite delicious and cheap. But we were three it was a common complaint... that the food was cold. Also it took forever to get the food on the table. Worse it was that after 30min+ of waiting, we wereinformed that I had to choose something else because they realized they only had food enough for one portion. Overtal I thinkthere are better options in the city. Read more

Boy, was this a let down. I looked online for somewhere to take myself and my 9 year old son. The Menu was proving a winner,... with homemade chips which I can't get enough of, and spruced up chicken sandwiches, burgers, and the "chefs creationsoup." Maybe it was just the day I was there, time of the week- but- No soup, no chicken, no beef. Might I add any dishesincluding those were no-gos. We waited for at least 15 mins for service and our food took forever, apparently the chef wasconfused at me ordering the homemade chips and the salsa chips that came with the order? My son who is no holds bar in the mostinnocent of ways asks Why the menu doesn't have those meats and the server replied that the person who does the food purchasingwas MIA. My sin then followed up with, "Welcome to McDonalds, our food machine is broken. All we have are edible napkins today."Our server was a sweet girl, bless her heart. The food was not good. Their only saving grace was the plush soft velvet boothsequipped with huge long soft velvet pillows, making at least something enjoyable. Read more

Are here twice for breakfast. Friendly staff. Fast service. Breakfast sandwich had a spicy sauce on it not a plain breakfast... sandwich like usual. Wish I would have known that. French toast and bacon were delicious. I wished they served coffee in anactual mug and a little better quality than the free hotel coffee. Read more

American/International Tavern themed restaurant connected to the Hilton Garden Inn On a scale of (1-5) Cleanliness: 3.5... (Slightly dirty table, Overall Clean Restaurant) Service: 2 (Service was very slow and inattentive. Total dinner time was twohours and there were few other guests in the restaurant) Food: 3.5 (Both the Appetizers and the beef Entrée were good. TheSeafood pasta was akin to bland Mac and Cheese. The dessert had the taste and appearance of a previously frozen food servicecheesecake) Value: 2.5 (Average value on the downtown dining prix fixe menu given the food quality. Slight knock for notproviding standard menu items) Read more

Rated 2 stars due to the manager being understanding and apologetic. The appetizer took over 50 minutes to arrive, while the... main course was about 20 minutes after. The local drafts were warm, clearly not refrigerated whatsoever. The chips for thenachos were horribly stale which was not edible at all. The appetizer was fried for much longer than it should have been anddefenitely not worth the money. The Mac and cheese was sub par at the best and had old dry ground beef instead of sausage. Thechef came out and recognized that the meat on the Mac and cheese was ground beef and not sausage as it should haven been. Theirphone number goes straight to the Hilton's front desk as well. It is absolutely worth the wait elsewhere and the staff shouldreceive additional training. I understand the lack of staff these days, but better communication is necessary. I believe Hiltonshould reconsider their choices of room service and should look elsewhere until these issues are resolved. FYI, the tablesweren't wiped down with a sanitizer, I watched other guests be seated and they hardly wiped the table down while they were beingseated. Read more
