Everything was perfect! My in-laws were in town, so my husband and I decided to introduce them to The Noble experience. They... were very impressed. All of our food was delicious?from the roasted garlic appetizer to all of our entrées to the amazingdessert to top it all off. We value the uniqueness of this restaurant. The chef and his wife are well seasoned and run afantastic little place. Although you might face a long wait time due to the limited seating capacity, it is worth it. A littlepatience can go a long way here, and it will make your experience much more enjoyable. Sit back, relax, and enjoy a fewcocktails before an unforgettable meal. Read more

Straight up one of the best restaurants I?ve ever been to. All the food is delicious. The cocktails are strong. The prices are... fair. The servers are wonderful and extremely knowledgeable about all their food. We were able to get a half serving of the wildboar ragu as an appetizer and it was out of this world. For the entree, the double pork chop was my choice. It was alsoabsolutely delicious. Topped with a glaze and peaches and accompanied with green beans and a very garlicky mash, it was allamazing. I am from Chicago but will absolutely come back to Milwaukee just to eat here again. Read more

Their Monday brunch is always AMAZING. it's first come, first served, so you have to arrive before they even open to get a... table. But it's well worth the wait. I've never had anything here I didn't like! Their drink specials are always crazy awesomeand creative! Read more

My husband and I had an early Friday night dinner at The Noble and we loved it! The small menu with straightforward options was... refreshing. I had the catch of the day, my husband had a steak and both were delicious. We started with a spread trio that wasperfect. The pink drink was just sweet enough with a sour twist and our server was happy to help with wine pairings. Thedessert was my absolute favorite, an absolutely decadent dish layered with cheesecake and dense (I'm guessing pound cake) that Iwill be craving for the rest of my life! Although seating is limited, getting in for early dinner was great. Food and servicewas stellar! Definitely a new favorite spot! Read more

Last night, for a birthday dinner with friends, Andrea Dexter and I went to The Noble The restaurant is small, and offers a... daily changing menu made by a single chef in their attached (TINY!) kitchen. Just and FYI, this is the the type of place thatdoesn't seat anyone until everyone has arrived. For drinks, we ordered iced tea. I'm not sure what spices they include in theirtea, but unfortunately it was undrinkable. Neither Andrea nor I drank more than a few sips. As an appetizer, we had the roastedgarlic with bread. They served us 4 full bulbs of roasted garlic, which crushed and spread nicely on to the provided bread andparmesan for a savory treat! Delicious Unfortunately, entrees took 1.5 hours to arrive (we sat at 5:45pm and got our entrees at7:15pm). Others sat after us were being fed, and no discussion was made of our order until I asked. Andrea ordered the baconwrapped filet with blue cheese and butter, with a side of garlic mash and broccolini. She loved everything, and the steak wasperfect cooked medium, but if you are looking to make the steak the Star, this is a bit overtaken by the cheese, seasoning, andbutter. The garlic mash was creamy and plenty garlicky, and the broccolini was crispy and well seasoned. For my entree, Iordered the Salisbury Steak, which came with green beans and garlic mash. The sides were great, with the garlic mash beingbuttery and the green beans well cooked and seasoned. However, as you can see the appearance of the Salisbury Steak was...off-putting. The taste, however, was good (not great) and certainly offered enough to fill me up. Near the end of our meal, thewaitress came by to advise us that we needed to be careful with hand sanitizer in the restaurant because it could damage theirupholstery! A small bottle was being used by the table, and a toddler had a closed bottle in her hands (totally safe). Nothingwas remotely in danger, and the comment, frankly, was out of line. This was not the first semi-rude enc Read more

It?s a pretty small restaurant, so not many diners can eat at the same time. I recommend arriving early, otherwise you may be... waiting for a long time (some patrons waited over an hour for a seat). My husband and I arrived before the restaurant opened, around 4:45pm, and we were the third couple in line. The food and cozy ambience were well worth the short wait outside! Weordered the grilled cheese with tomato soup and it was super delicious. We also tried the goat cheese salad, which is now myabsolute favorite salad ever! All of the entrees looked amazing and it was very difficult to decide which to order. On the daywe went, scallops were on the menu, so I tried those. They were pretty good. My husband ordered pork and was verysatisfied. Lastly, the butter cake was perfect! You cannot go to The Noble without ordering this dessert! Read more

Always 5 stars. And always arrive at 5 if you want a table! Love the changing menu, it never disappoints. We had the shrimp and... grits cakes...incredible flavor and huge shrimp, just amazing. For main entree I had the pork dish. Tender juicy pork, ate everylast bite. And I can't forget the team running the restaurant and kitchen: they are small but mighty! So warm and friendlydespite a packed house. You must go to the Noble!! Read more
