I haven?t been here for almost two years and since my sister is in town, I decided to come here with her. I?ve been wanting to... come here but the sauce have completely changed. I usually get their seafood with their house and the burning spicy but theirsauce just doesn?t taste the same. I honestly quite frankly don?t like it. It?s really thick now and has a strong limeflavor. I?ve read that they got charged 18% gratuity and I thought that it was just because their group was probably 6 peopleand more but nope, it?s required. I always tip anyways but I hate that I feel forced to tip 18% because what if the servicewasn?t even good? Anyways, you will be charged 18% gratuity so it?s either you pay with all card or just cash. Food was great! However the service from the wait staff was sub par. After we finished our meal it took about 15 minutes to get... the check, and there was only one other group of customers in the restaurant. It really seemed like the wait staff was moreinvolved with what was going on with their cell phone than the customers. I would visit again but I really don't agree with themandatory 18% gratuity especially when the service is poor, it's like they don't have to try to do a good job because they willget a decent tip regardless of how well they perform. Just did an online order and it said to pick up around 7:22pm Tuesday may 19, 2022. I had someone to go pick it up in my place... and it wasn?t even ready by the time it said it supposed to be. They had to wait 30 minutes which they not suppose too anddidn?t even give some gloves. They had to go back and get some gloves and one of the lady gave them attitude. I don?t appreciateit and they not checking the order properly in the first place. They should of have name tag for each employee. Like seriously,check the orders online instead of messing around. I came several times to this place, at the beginning start with the soups, but after Covid they stop selling it, so I jump on... the rest of the menu; specifically combos, at the beginning was good but the service is getting worse end worse, the pricesstart getting up, and the flavor start change, the last time I pay $160 for food for 3 persons, and almost fight with the serverbecause they are giving me only between 2-3 pounds bag. If I could give this place a ZERO I WOULD. Just left there, Food was NASTY, I took one bite of Crab and it was SO SPICY that I... couldn't eat it so I asked them to remove it from my bill. INSTEAD the Waitress who was EXTREMELY RUDE brings me another one.!! Same thing so I AGAIN asked her please take it off my Bill! When I got the bill she said they could only give me a 10%discount as I had taken ONE BITE, AND THEN TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE THEY CHARGED US 18% GRATUITY SHE SAID it was just to use theirDining Room!!! food was delicious, though the sauce taste change a bit. It was my first time dining in this place. My family always do carry... out orders from this restaurant. Their service was amazing, and what amazed me more is that their food always cook pretty quick.I would like to point out that my server did an amazing job. My server didn't tell me her name, well more like I didn't reallyask for her name. She has pinkish blond hair. She explained the menu very well, she's very attentive, respectful and she greetscustomers and was cheerful. She also play with my baby and my baby seem to love her. She seem like a fun person. Although Ididn't like that they charge the service charge, I like her customer service and how she interact with customer. I thought itwas just us but she also interact with other customers cheerfully, and respectfully. I just want to say thank you to her. thankyou for hiring such a respectful worker.
