I used to come to GK quiet a bit. However, now I don?t believe it?s worth it anymore. Unfortunately paying almost $30 for two... salads one regular and one side salad you would expect pretty awesome meal and service. It?s not the case. You can tell theemployees just want fast fast service and clock out which I understand, but to a degree. It should not affect quality of food orservice. I was disappointed that at this price I get bunch of greens drenched in a dressing with some just okey toppings. It wasnot not fresh but it was not fresh. Probably confusing explanation, but that?s how I felt after consuming it. Yes I could haveasked to put dressing on a side, but I was not asked about it. Attention to the detail from employees would justify paying thismuch for what I got. I love idea of GK but unfortunately it?s one of the many business that fell off with quality over time andwith raising prices like everywhere, it?s just not worth it in my opinion. Read more
I got a sandwich there today and was two bites in when I noticed mold on both bread slices. Emailed asking for a refund with no... reply. I?ve gotten sick off of their salads in the past as well (none of the salad ingredients are covered, all exposed all daylong). I?ll truly never eat here again primarily for hygienic reasons (plus their online ordering never works). Save your moneyand eat elsewhere. Read more
I was hesitant to give this place a try with so many 1 star reviews, but did notice almost all of those were relayed to poor... customer service. Can?t comment on that since I ordered via DoorDash, but I?m glad I did as the food was very good. The pestoand chicken sandwich I ordered was great as was the Asian style wrap I sampled. Even more appealing if price is factored inbecause the portions are dinosaur sized. Seriously, plan on sharing or having this be your only meal of the day. Read more
Waited for over 25 minutes for a grilled sandwich while they weren't busy. When we went to check on our order, we were told "oh... it's probably on the grill". To then have it served to us barely warm at all with no apology for the wait. Won't be back. Read more
I have been eating at the Green Kitchen for years. There are a few menu items I love and they are fairly consistent on how they... are made. However, I will not go there unless I have extra time. The ordering process is inconsistent and confusing, even forsomeone who has eaten there for years. Also, the amount of time it takes to make your food varies greatly. I can't help but feelthis place would make a lot more money on volume if they could figure out their logistics. Read more
Sandwich? Amazing. The only reason it's 3 stars is because my friend got the wrong Item when she ordered. Also there was about a... 30 minute wait, you'd think during a lunch they'd have all hands on deck instead of 2 people working for a line of 10+ people.The juice is very good as well, I just wished they threw in a few ice cubes as it was a little warm when we got it.
