This place is definitely one of my go-to places for authentic Asian noodles in MKE! I've gotten take out from here multiple... times and thought it was decent, I got dine-in once and was really impressed! Noodles really are something that is best eatenfresh :) I love the diversity of the menu - it really is pan-Asian. I've gotten several dishes from here, ranging from theramen to peanut noodles, to the Szechuan chili oil wontons, and they were all satisfying! The owner was also so nice and justhaving casual conversation with us while we were there and it just felt good to be supporting him! I think if I were to comparethis to all of the Asian noodles and restaurants I've tried I would give it 3/5 stars, but since Milwaukee has very limitedauthentic Asian options, this restaurant gets 5/5 and is top of mind when I'm picking out Asian foods to eat! The ramen and appetizers here are fantastic. The owner even customizes the spice level for what you enjoy. The ramen was... flavorful, spicy, and filling! Read more

I ordered the sesame chicken and Crab Rangoon. It was absolutely delicious! The chicken was well prepared and juicy and it was... actual large pieces of chicken! A refreshing change of pace from having to stare at it to determine how much is chicken vs howmuch is just too much breading like a lot of places. Price point is excellent for the quality too. Will most definitely be back!I'm so happy to see such excellent food come out of a kitchen that is clearly struggling with staffing from being on a campuslocation while school's out post-covid. Even though it's just one person working the food quality is still wonderful. Read more

I came to Tangled - Noodles and More a few weeks ago there was only one person taking orders and making the food but on bussing... the tables, the entrance glass doors needed major cleaning and so did the tables, (we are not clear of Covid yet) although thefood took awhile it was well worth waiting for spring rolls were freshly prepared and my ramen spicy pork was soo good. I wouldhave given Tangled 5 stars if it hadn’t been for the housekeeping. Might be back. Read more

After hearing good things about the restaurant, I ordered the tangled veggie bowl. It only came with 3 small slices of tofu, and... was flavored entirely by the very oily broth. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything I would get again. Read more

First of all, I love the visual logo of this place. I had the Yunnam noodles, one of a wide variety of regional noodle dishes... you won't find in most restaurants. Although I've been to China many times, I haven't been to the Yunnam region so I can'ttestify to the authenticity of the dish. But it is delicious. Unique place. Don't miss it. Read more

We both wanted kimchi jigae but seoul didn't open til 4. Remembered that my cousin recommended this place for sze chuan wonton... and Taiwan beef noodle. Def lived up to his words. The beef was so melt in your mouth tender! The broth was delicious andhearty, hit the spot for us. Husband also got a mango smoothie, ramen, and korean beef which were all tasty as well. The owner(?) is super nice and friendly, very appreciative of our business. Highly recommended and will return. Read more

Honestly one of the highlights of our whole trip to Milwaukee. We were walking around the college area killing some time before... heading to Miller Park. We were greeted by what we can only imagine was the owner as he spoke so knowledgeably and passionatelyabout all the items on the menu. He explained how all of the various entree items (mostly noodles and ramen) had flavors uniqueto various regions of China and explained their flavor profiles in great detail. This is authentic noodles at its finest. Weordered the veggie egg rolls to start and they came out piping hot and fresh with an excellent crunch. I ordered the cold noodleNuts About Peanut Butter and my boyfriend got the Chong Qing Beef Noodle bowl. The portions were perfect and they were soflavorful and complex without overpowering each other. It looks like they also have a buffet set up available during theweekday which would be great if you were in a rush. Read more
