I love the menu items the problem was the worker. You could tell she didn't want to be there. She chewed gum as she made my... sandwich, wore no mask, and lacked any customer service enthusiasm. So only giving it a 3 because of the service. Read more
I stopped a few days ago, the store is open for walk in business during Covid. I ordered two of the wraps. I?m diabetic and... bread is bad. They were following all social distancing safe practices. Walked in to a worker who looked like he did not want to be there. I greeted him and said a friendly hello to no response.... terrible customer service. He was mumbling to me the entire time when he was asking me what I want! when the time came to putveggies and sauce on my sub he literally put not 4 or 5 but at least 6 lines of mayo on my sub! i did not ask for extra! everyother subway ive went to gave me at least 2 before asking if i want more, but no this man drowned my sub in mayo, and combinedwith the terrible customer service, I think i will be taking my business to subway next time around. Went in for sandwich at 7:40a. No one behind counter. I waited a few minutes and employee peeks her head from backroom and said... to come back in 10 minutes. Why? She said she has to do a bread count. I said and that's more important than a paying customer!!They do not even deserve 1 star. Read more

This place is a steaming pile of garbage with numerous issues, which is too bad as there are not many places to grab a somewhat... healthy lunch in the area. They seem to only ever have two people working during the weekday lunch rush and if others areworking they don't seem to help and hid in the back. Most times, they are out of many types of the bread and bins are notrefilled. The items that are in the bin often don't look edible or appetizing. The employees often move slower than molasses inJanuary (sorry, had to channel my grandfathers spirit there). The place is occasionally dirty and while half of the employeesare pleasant, the other half are just plain rude, lazy, or both. I now drive much further on lunch to go elsewhere and recommendyou do the same. Also, the last time I ate there I did get a mild case of food poisoning so that jaded me a little as well. Read more
