This was a good and welcoming place, there are some downs sides like the keys seems to always find it?s way to get locked up in... the bathroom but the food is always done fast and taste good every time I visit. The place is clean every time. The card systemgoes down sometimes but not everytime I visit which is good. I wish they would bring back the kids menu and roast beef, thosewere good to have. The workers are alright and get things done, like any other place, nothing special. There?s two employeesthat seem to be always nice which is what I like. Read more
This restaurant never has card system. Its down always i visit. This is my closest location and is useless. Never has the info... i ask and when i give a chance its the same. System down. No manager visually and the employee always apologize forinconvenience but nobody cares to put a paper in the door saying their daily issues. This can save time to any customer. Imgonna visit next month and will see how this issue is been fix. Good luck!! Read more
We was there at 630ish pm and when i order the flat bread and my husband order the Italian bread. The lady told my husband that... she inly works at night so the bread is flat and isnt good. So he switch it to a reg. Bread he order a cold cut sandwich footlong. But then when it came to the meat she disnt even but the correct amount. She slaps on 3 slices of each and call it a day 2slice of cheese only.. And mine they put everything in the middle and wrapped it the wrong way. I Went to this Subway on Chase Ave and the sandwich maker was not wearing a mask and making sandwiches. The place was messy and... his appearance was unkept and not clean. VERY DISGUSTING! When I told him that we were not going to eat there because he was notwearing a mask and he should be wearing one, he just shrugged his shoulders and said "oh well." I never really do negative reviews because I really like recognizing effort in individuals. However, this Subway truly was not... showing any effort or good service whatsoever. First of all, the store was ready to close 3 hours before close. ALL chairs wereup. Sadly, it has been that way on many occasions. Some days I?ve even gone there and it IS actually closed hours before it?ssupposed to. They never have inventory. Either that, or the workers are extremely lazy and simply say they?re out of almosteverything when in reality, it?s in the back and is a simple fix. The sandwich I got last time I went there, was a footlong subI was splitting with someone. It was not cut in half. It?s not a huge deal for it to be cut, but that is literally the firsttime ever that it?s happened. The staff was showing minimal work, messing around, and not being professional in any way. This subway is not one of my favorite subways. I understand it's so closed to a rough neighborhood, but come on! The restaurant... could be cleaner, the staff should be professional and the sandwiches must be yummy! I don't know if I want to come here again! Read more
first, there were bugs all over the place. in the food. flying all over, by the soda machine, the sink in the bathroom, the... person making my sandwich actually swatted bugs off of the sandwich they were making me and continued making the sandwich withno concern. the attitude of the person was also nasty. they made me feel like an inconvenience. it seemed like thet got annoyedeach time i asked for another veggie or what have you. just an all around subpar experience. Good price you need a quick bite to eat I mean fresh bread the same day it is made so it's fresh bread
