I'm not sure why there are hours posted as they don't keep to them much. They close early. Are open at the listed time one of... every three days maybe. To add insult to injury they never turn off their mobile order system or it's directly tied to theirsupposed hours. I've not gotten two drinks because of that. Luckily Starbucks has refunded. I've also recieved hot drinks whenI've asked for cold and the label explicitly says cold. I fully understand staffing issues, I really do, but I feel like it'spointless to have posted hours if you genuinely can't keep to them. Furthermore if you can't fulfill mobile orders don't havethe system or learn to turn it on and off. Read more

The staff told me they were closing once i walked up due to staffing shortages. I asked if she could just ring up two cups,... minimal effort. She looked at me, rolled her eyes and said No! Then walked off. I was told by metro market staff that i couldring the cups up at the counter. I went back and took the two cups to the front. The starbucks employee followed me to the frontas i already rang the cups up and snatched them out of my hands. She started yelling in the store that she is gonna get firedtoday for having to deal with me. At this point the entire store was now paying attention to the scene caused by the employee. Ithen told her this could have all been avoided if she just could have rung me up at the starbucks counter. This employee refusesto work and is stealing company time. Starbucks is great, the price isnt, but a great pick me up, here and there. I have panera coffee subscription, a double shot... espresso, .99 cent, and Im flying, I add to my coffee, I do ice coffee, sugar, espresso, half & half, and whatever flavor ofcoffee. 8.99 a month, every 2 hrs, perfect Read more

Great service, they will customize your order however you want. I always stop here when I am getting my groceries.
