This has been my favorite location I've been coming here over 10yrs. Any drink I get is always hot no matter if I mobile order... or in store, and This is almost like your little mom and pop coffee shop, the manager he knows my name even when I'm notplacing an order and there's been some time I took 3 weeks off of coming here because I was sick but every time I come back andhe's here he knows my name ????and I love that he has good communication skills and face recognition. I've been to otherlocations throughout Milwaukee County and this is my favorite location and no I do not live close by I chose to make the commutebecause of the service here the Baristas are friendly also. I used to LOVE Starbucks Iced White Chocolate Mocha. Not so much anymore. I'm seriously trying to figure out how I order the... same drink with NO modifications and yet it tastes different every single time. How is that possible? 3 shots of espresso, 6pumps of wcm, milk and ice. When I get a coffee from SB, I never know what It's gonna taste like. For $7 a cup, I'm gonna needStarbucks baristas to get it together and make it correctly every single time. I come here often I love the workers and the atmosphere but I must say they prioritize Mobil orders smh the Barista?s talk so... much they get behind or some just take there time. It takes almost 20 minutes to get a hot coco with expresso added and it wastwo people in front of me smh. I wish they had some more balance and considered other peoples time. The general manager and his partners at this location is honestly one of the best crew members I have encountered. There all... super friendly , welcoming, and inviting . I also look forward to going in and seeing everyone on my way to work and then afterwork . I highly recommend this location if you want a perfect drink all the time . Read more
Bad Starbucks ????. I don?t go to Starbucks because I love the coffee. I go for the convenience and this place is highly... inconvenient. I live across the street from this one and still avoid it at all costs. I?m never greeted when I walk in. I don?ttake this personally. it?s not that I demand a friendly ?hello? - I simply would like to be acknowledged. Every time I comehere I see 3-4 baristas talking to each other completely ignoring me as I stand waiting for my someone to come to the register(sometimes seconds, sometimes minutes) cashier is usually in the back having a personal conversation. finally, the service isincredibly slow. It?s a busy location so some wait is to be expected but it is extremely slow even considering this. I?ve satfor 20 minutes waiting for my order and again -no acknowledgement.
