Ordered two caramel macchiatos, got home and no coffee/expresso was in the drinks. There were literally 4-5 baristas working... today so I'm not sure how and why they got this wrong. This was an Awful experience. I ordered Two Frappuccinos and when we got our drinks they were chunky and liquid and tasted awful... we went and asked for a new drink then they said they are out of Base for Frappuccinos. We got two health care workers coffeesand it had no sweetener and it was an Ice coffee that had no ice in it. Read more
