This place is an absolute mess. Cannot even tell you how many times my mobile order was 'lost' or 'must have been taken by... someone else.' Would honestly love to speak to the GM about my experiences but anytime I've had an issue, no one has seemed tocare to get things more organized and efficient. Read more

Put in a pick up order at 9:40am scheduled for pickup at 9:55/10. Wait time was listed as 20/30 minutes. I got here at 10:05... thinking I was running late for pick up. When asked associate about my order they said it was still being made. They didn'teven check the mobile screen for my order. I waited there till 10:40 a whole hour after order was put in before someone asked meabout my order. After they finally checked the mobile screen they didn't find my order. They asked me what it was I showed themthe receipt on of the staff after seeing it says they did in fact make my order. They said someone else probably took it andthey said that happens alot. Well they obviously need a better pick up system cause the honor system isn't working for pickup!They didn't even try to rectify they fact that my order was done and given over an hour after pick up! After all that the drinkswe're done right and my food wasn't cooked all the way. Read more
This location was absolutely adorable! The staff members were friendly, they had a Christmas tree filled with pictures of what I... believe are guest's dogs hanging on them, festive wreath made of cups, they help out the humane society, they had staffgingerbread man houses & a customer of the week which I saw at another location & I think it's cool! They are also lgbtqfriendly! I didn't get a picture of the flag on the window but it's hanging on the window near the entrance. Also parking wasvery hard to find, I imagine it's because all the houses there don't have driveways. Read more
I've visited Starbucks locations around the world. It's a ood place to get a predictably good cup of coffee and have a sit down... while reading or getting a bit of writing done. The staff at this location are friendly and efficient, ahs it feels pretty muchlikes every Starbucks everywhere in the world, which is both a good and a bad thing. Read more
