Usually have great service, but not this Friday. The barista at the register was tacky and rude.

Zoe took our order and recommended an enhancement on my white chocolate mocha by making it a tuxedo mocha which will be my new... go to drink! I've ordered the same drink 3 days in a role and they have yet to make the right drink. Plus, the last associate that helped me... yesterday morning was so rude I will not be going there again and I will be calling Corporate about my complaints. With all thepeople looking for jobs these days, I'm sure their are better candidate's you can hire. Read more

The people there are nice, but their service is really bad. I was paying for my drink then the cashier walks away and then came... back. She said I already paid, so I waited around 10 minutes for my drink and nothing came. When I asked if they were making mydrink, they said I don?t pay, so I paid again. Once I got home and checked my account, I realized that I paid for 2 drinks justto get only get one. I would recommend to use cash if it?s possible. Read more
This one is usually disappointing, this visit was no different. Baristas usually have a rude attitude, usually pretty slow... service no matter how busy or not they are and it?s always kinda dirty and unkempt. I?m in the area quite often but I usuallytry to avoid this Starbucks. Read more
