Went through the drive thru this afternoon. Ordered four frapacinnos 3 Venti and 1 Grande all with almond milk as my family are... lactose intolerant and three cake pops. Got to the window and they had it completely backwards and started giving me threeGrande and one Venti saying that's what I ordered (with a $38 bill I knew that they had charged for Venti's). After onlyreceiving the three wrong drinks a different employee came to the window asking if I had received my order. I told her no - Iwas given three the wrong size and not the 4th. She agrees to remake them - after being handed all the correct size I'm wished agood day - I have to remind them of my cake pops! I taste the coffee and think it tastes odd but don't think anything of ituntil we get home and we're all sick - they ended up using regular milk when they remade them correctly! Almost 20 minutes inthe drive-thru for it to be wrong and my family to be sick. Won't go to this location again! Read more
